My I’m not Feeling Like Death Walking Celebration at Cafe Charbon

On Friday I started to feel a a whole lot better,even though I couldn’t barely talk and when I did, I sounded like a very unattractive kermit the frog.I headed to the East Village to meet up with some friends at The Stanton Social but it was so crowded we opted for Cafe  Charbon. Let me tell you as much as a Shake Shacker I am,I think there burger maybe be better(don’t hate me SS).There burgers were so tender and juicy the bun perfectly grilled and tangy greens.Despite the pain associated with each swallow I happily ate.I firmly believe that out of the 8 million pple in nyc 1 million of them were at LES that night.(crazy populated)

I love BizBash Magazine,every month when i recieve my issue in the mail I am ready sharpie in hand to get as many ideas and inspiration I can. The Photography is stunning,clear and crisp and there is always inspirational and new content. When I saw this company featured on Fresh Faces I immediatley fell in love with them. These ladies are so crazy talented it makes blue in the face! They create fun beautiful and creative food that will be a hit for any event.

The Kind Diet

I pretty sure that most of us have heard of Alicia Silverstone’s Kind Diet.Lord knows I will never ever EVER be a vegetarian. But these past few weeks as I’m getting lost in the shuffle of life ,my diet has suffered greatly.I am now starting to feel the affects of it and no matter how quick and easy a slice of pizza is, it’s no way no how worth the hell im going through right now. I’m groggy,barely have any energy I have these killer headaches bottom line I’m not myself. It’s not only removing alot of harmful foods from my diet but it’s including the really good ones also. So starting today I am choosing to be kind to my body.Wish me luck!

Olive Tree Cafe-Their nachos and service are both  equally satisfying

Republic-Super crisp warm calamari for only 7 dollars a bowl!

Lassen & Hennings-Located in Brooklyn heights their red velvet cupcakes are moist and sweet and perfect!

Shake Shack-Believe the hype! The most dynamite burgers and cheese fries in the world!

Farmer’s Market- This place isn’t about be pretentious and jumping on the organic food craze. The vendors are honest to God farmers and producers who love what they do!

Whole Foods- Okay maybe this place is a tad bit pretentious at times but they really do have great stuff.Their vast selection of breads cheeses and meats makes for a perfect picnic

Grey Dog’s Coffee- I go their for the cuban sandwiches and homemade desserts at super generous portions.

Burrito Bar- Another brooklyn favorite of mine with cool kitschy decor and gut busting burritos at great prices!
